Website Hosting

"Hosting" is the cost of renting a space on our server to house your website. When a site is being both developed and hosted by Sanguis Development, the recurring billing date is not initiated until the site is ready to go live.

As a point of concern for the quality of this service Sanguis Development spent over a year looking for the right data center to put the server in. The criteria for the search had the following priorities:

It had to be green.

The server is powered by wind turbines with a back up that comes from the traditional grid, but if its used they purchase carbon credits to off set its use.

It had to be reliable.

I had been on hosts that were prone to going out or that just did not have the bandwidth to handle the load that hosting can bring. My Hosing comes with a 99.9% up time guarantee.

The Package:

Sanguis Development offers a standard hosting package that will work with 90% of the web sites on the web.

  • 300 Megabytes of space for adding any type of media.
  • 5 Gigabyte monthly transfer of data to and from you website.
  • Weekly tape backups of data for easy recovery
  • Unlimited email addresses! You can access email from web-mail or directly on your computer with POP3 or IMAP, using Outlook or Thunderbird.

If you need something customized just ask and we would be happy to make a custom package that fits your needs.
